- Usually we would test all the products before send them out to make sure all the parts works well. Of course, any kind of product may have problems, so we give long-time and easy warrenty. We only need the parts no. picture and detailed decription to apply the warrenty for small parts and small quantity, and once we confirm the products have quality problemm, we would send the replacements. (we have the right to call back the broken parts to test)
